Heather supported every step of the way as I led the team that founded and launched the first employee resource group at Rolls-Royce aimed at helping employees of African and Caribbean descent who form less than 1% of the workforce be at their best. 
She championed the need to have advocate supporters both of A&C backgrounds but also of non-A&C backgrounds. I would strongly recommend Heather to any organisation going on any sort of transformation.

I’ve worked with Heather on Diversity and Inclusion initiatives in Rolls-Royce since 2014, particularly with regard to LGBT+ inclusion. Heather was instrumental in helping us establish our first LGBT+ network, providing the necessary guidance and support to allow us to launch and grow in the early days. Her wealth of experience and many useful contacts proved pivotal and the network has since become highly regarded within the engineering sector, built on the foundations she set.
